Boundary Line Survey

Includes records research and review, field investigation to locate and evaluate boundary evidence, analysis and calculation of boundary corner locations, the setting/marking of property corners of reference markers where unable to reasonably access. Preparation of a drawing or plan is not included unless expressly identified in the scope of work.

Partial Boundary Line Survey 

Includes the same professional services as a Boundary Line Survey limited solely to the boundary lines identified in the authorized scope. Boundary lines not surveyed are not evaluated or represented.

Topographical Survey

Includes field measurement of visible natural and man-made features and surface elevations for planning and design purposes, Features are located based on conditions observed at the time of survey. Subsurface conditions, utilities, and underground features are not evaluated.

Building Location Survey 

Depicts the horizontal location of existing dwellings relative to the property lines based upon available boundary information. This service does not constitute boundary determination unless expressly stated.

Subdivision / Replot Of Lands Survey

Includes boundary analysis and preparation of subdivision or replot plans required for municipal review and recording in accordance with applicable regulations. Unless expressly stated in the authorized scope of work, the survey is limited to the parcel(s) being created, modified, or affected by the subdivision and does not include a complete boundary survey of the parent tract or remainder lands beyond what is reasonably necessary to depict the proposed subdivision. Preparation or submission of sewage facilities planning module permitting (Act 537), SEO coordination, or DEP review or approval is not included. Such permitting services may be provided under separate written proposal if requested.

Additional Services

Services not expressly described in this proposal are excluded from the scope but may be provided as Additional Services upon written authorization by the Client, Additional Services may include, but are not limited to, additional field visits, expanded research, boundary resolution, plan revisions, agency meetings, testimony, construction-related services, permitting assistance, stormwater or sewage facilities planning, additional plan sets, expedited services, or other services requested by the Client, Additional Services shall be billed at the Consultant's standard.
