Experience: Upon graduation Mr. Kopac began his engineering career working as a consulting engineer / project manager for Private, Municipal, and State clientele. This broad based clientele have allowed him the opportunity to obtain a vast array of knowledge in the various aspects of both design and construction. Mr. Kopac is currently responsible for the design and permitting of Land Development projects to include the preparation of National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) plans/permits, storm water permits, Erosion and Sedimentation Pollution Control plans/permits, and Stormwater Management Plans for municipal and commercial developments.
Areas of Expertise: Mr. Kopac's areas of expertise include: computer modeling of watersheds, and structure hydraulics; hydrologic and hydraulic analyses; preparation of erosion and sedimentation pollution control plans; NPDES Permits, Stormwater Management plans, drainage and grading design; sanitary sewer monitoring, lift station design, Municipal Engineering, and grant preparation.

Experience: Mr. Stenerson began his surveying career working in Centre County for both private land surveyors and PA DOT Engineering Dist 2-0. He served as a planning commissioner for the Township of Patton in Centre County for ten years. While attending Penn College he was a Presidential Scholar, was awarded scholarships from the Penn College, Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors, Larson Design Group, and graduated Summa Cum Laude with the PSLS/Ed Dobeck Memorial Honor for Surveying Technology. At David Laird Associates, Mr. Stenerson is looking forward to serving our clients while building on his experience and becoming a licensed Professional Land Surveyor.

Experience: Upon graduation, Mr. Banaszek began his career within the Erie County area, starting as a crew chief performing various aspects of surveying in both the private and public sectors. Boundary surveys he has performed have ranged in size from small residential properties, multi-lot subdivisions to hundred acre farm surveys through out the Erie area. During his career he has been involved in numerous aspects of development and construction working with both the developer and the contractor. Major projects within the Erie area have included Perry's Landing, Wal-Mart, Target, State Correctional Institute at Albion and the break walls at Presque Isle State Park. In his position at David Laird Associates, he will continue to deal with various governing agencies along with the client contact and responsibilities needed to fulfill the requirements for providing our services.
Education: Pittsburgh Technical Institute Associate Degree in Computer Aided Drafting
Experience: Analyze technical data, design and specifications to create road profiles and site plans. Prepare highway occupancy permits. Use computer aided software for design, drafting and other engineering tasks. Coordinated with Project Engineers, Landscape Architects and Land Surveyors on projects for both Commercial and Residential use. Created Site Concepts for new construction and redevelopment. Experience: Colin N. Noble has been involved in various disciplines of Civil Engineering and Surveying since 1997, working with surveyors, engineers and landscape architects. Mr. Noble serves as a Project Manager. Mr. Noble's design experience includes Stormwater Management and conveyance, Transportation and Erosion and Sedimentation control work for state, municipality, private and FEMA projects. This includes working on implementing best management practices within projects practically, as well as, effectively. His experience and training includes a number of specialized courses in land development, construction inspection, construction earthwork, surveying, low impact development and road/bridge design.
